Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy

General Shipping

When your order is received, we will be in touch to provide details about the arrival of your purchase. Usually there is 1-3 weeks to create your artwork and prepare items for shupping. Each piece in every edition is uniquely original, created when ordered. Artwork is securely wrapped, boxed, and insured against loss and damage during delivery. Delivery costs are calulated based on. your delivery location and the size/weight of the artwork ytou have purchased. Shipping prices will be added during checkout.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

International Shipping

Artwork is shipped worldwide. Delivery costs are calculated based on your country, location, and the size/weight of the artwork purchased. Shipping price will be added during checkout. Please be advised that any and all custom fees, tarriffs, and import taxes may be charged upon arrrival in the destination country based on international requirements. This is unfortunately out of our control and payment of such fees will be the responsibility of the customer. We will. not be responsible for delays or additional fees due to weather or customs related delays.

Cancellations

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returns

Because each piece is an original work of art created uniquely for you, all returns require prior authorization. We do not accept unsolicited returns. Items sent back without approval will not be eligible for a refund.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@endersart.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following in your message:

• Your full name

• Purchase date

• Item description

• Reason for return

Once your request is reviewed, we will respond within 3–5 business days with a decision and, if approved, a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions. Do not ship your item until you have received written authorization and your RA number. Returns received without an RA number will not be processed.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

• Written authorization has been granted prior to shipment

• The artwork is in its original, undamaged packaging

• The item has not been altered, framed, or modified in any way

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

• Custom or commissioned works created to your specifications

• Digital downloads

• Items that have been altered, damaged, or removed from original packaging

Return Shipping

You are responsible for all return shipping costs and assume full risk during transit. We strongly recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service. We cannot issue a refund for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping, and we cannot process a refund without confirmed receipt of the returned goods.

Damages During Transit

All artwork is carefully wrapped and packed. If you receive artwork that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days and include a photo of the damage.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
